At present, we have the Formery Members Club space on Level 2, which is available to members and tenants only, plus their guests, The Peoples’ Barista café, 1947 Indian Restaurant and we have a dedicated food and beverage area under construction which is due for completion in July/August 2024, and this area will contain further food and beverage opportunities.
Those who have signed on for a Private Suite or Bespoke tenancy at Formery immediately become members of Formery Club. The Club is a space where we encourage members to have informal meetings, coffee catch-ups or host client functions. Tenants treat the Club spaces as an extension of their office and a place to have a change of scenery, and Members utilise this as their main area to do business and network. There is a full bar set up so if your team wants to have a relaxing beverage after work, the Club space is the place to be. The Club floor also houses numerous meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology, which can be booked through our website.
Concierge services (mail, dry cleaning etc), Member rates for meeting rooms, and discounted rates at top hotels such as the Park Hyatt, QT and Voco. Invitations to Member events, where you can engage and upskill in Business Development, Wellness, Tech or Social activations as well as access to our other Club at 1 Albert Street, and future clubs. We also offer access to our International Members Club network of Clubs worldwide, Sonato, where we have over 40 club affiliations for you to use for work or leisure.

Meeting Rooms can be booked via our website. Cost varies depending on the length of time you need the room and the room size. We recommend our half and full day packaging and have a fantastic team of hospitality superstars on-site to provide you with catering, IT support, barista made coffee and service. We recommend utilising the meeting room page on our website www.alberts.nz to search for a room suitable for your needs, or contact events@alberts.nz directly!
We host numerous community events from wine tastings and sport screenings to keynote speaker series, intimate cooking classes, yoga classes and tech breakfasts. Please see the events page of our website to keep up to date with our events schedule.
Formery will be equipped with wellness facilities from mid-2024. It will have a prayer room, hot and cold therapy via infrared sauna and cold showers and a parents/family room. Not to mention the fitness room where as a member or tenant, you will be able to book 30 minute sessions utilising workout mirrors and equipment for personalised classes.
